About the Role
We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and promote our digital solutions across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement creative social media campaigns aligned with FiyaTek’s brand voice and goals.

Manage and grow FiyaTek’s social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).

Create engaging content — including graphics, videos, and copy — that resonates with our audience.

Monitor analytics and performance metrics to optimize engagement and reach.

Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to support product launches and campaigns.

Stay up to date with social media trends, emerging platforms, and best practices.

Respond to messages, comments, and community feedback promptly and professionally.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience managing social media for brands, startups, or digital agencies.

Strong understanding of content strategy, audience engagement, and digital marketing principles.

Excellent written and visual communication skills.

Proficiency in design and scheduling tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
